Summary
Throu presents property-backed investment opportunities together with their investment mechanics. Public project pages introduce each opportunity, while authenticated dashboards, portfolio views, multilingual content, and wallet-connected actions give investors a continuous path from discovery to participation.
The product combines conventional account and marketplace concerns with blockchain settlement. Property information, investor state, approvals, balances, and transaction progress need to remain understandable in the same interface, so the experience keeps attention on the asset and decision while exposing technical state only when the user needs it.
Inside the Build
As CTO, I directed the technical shape of the public site, marketplace, network-aware project routes, authentication, wallet layer, and investor dashboard. Polygon investment is modeled as a staged flow: approve the stablecoin, submit the project purchase, and expose transaction-specific progress and failure feedback.
Throu defines English, Spanish, French, and Arabic paths at the routing boundary, keeping locale behavior centralized. Throu's chain readers combine contract-derived state with curated project media. The Solana adapter remains experimental because it uses devnet and retains an unfinished production guard.
